Who we are

marketerintel (marketerintel.com) is an AI-powered intelligence platform for marketing practitioners. We curate and summarise the most relevant AI and marketing news, delivered as a free weekly newsletter.

What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to send you the newsletter:

• Email address — provided when you subscribe
• Confirmation status — whether you completed the double opt-in
• Subscription date — when you signed up

We do not collect your name, location, payment information, or any other personal data.

How we use your data

Your email address is used solely to send you the weekly marketerintel digest. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the newsletter you signed up for. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes.

Third-party processors

We use the following services to operate marketerintel. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy commitments:

• Supabase — database storage for subscriber records (supabase.com)
• Resend — email delivery of the newsletter and confirmation emails (resend.com)
• Google Analytics — anonymous site traffic analytics (analytics.google.com)
• Vercel — website hosting (vercel.com)

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This uses cookies to collect anonymised data such as pages visited and time on site. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Unsubscribe — every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Clicking it immediately removes you from future sends.
• Request deletion — email us at hello@marketerintel.com and we will delete your data within 30 days.
• Access your data — request a copy of the information we hold about you at any time.

If you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under GDPR including the right to rectification, restriction of processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Data retention

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your record is marked inactive and purged within 90 days. You can request immediate deletion at any time.
